What is the position of the softbox and the umbrella? Softbox in front of the model and umbrella above you?

This is a beautiful portrait...the colors are so rich and vibrant...wonderful profile pose and demure expression and the dark moody feel is very nice...the position of her right hand is a bit awkward but not distractingly so...overall very nicely captured.
