i love the sharpness and the floating smooth water. love the effect. May I ask what tool/program u were using?

Thanks Alisha! I took this as a single RAW shot with a 5D Mark II + 17-40mm @ 17mm + ND4 (to allow slowing down the SS to 1/6"  - slower would be too smooth -). I then export to 5 different exposures from -2 to +2 and use Photomatix to fuse the shots together to even out the hilights and shadows. Then, I make some adjustment with PS a bit. - Happy .. shooting!

I could have just process the single shot as is but it would be duller compares to this.
