I am pleased that you captured a special moment - a mother tenderly kissing her son and he could not be happier based on his expression and smile. Technical considerations should not be everything and this image needs to be soft. But in this case I would prefer just a little more clarity especially with the eyes and their mouths. I would not go higher than a 6.

HI Tony, thanks for your comment! I know it's not so defined as I wanted but in fact I was shooting with the baby and he was so cute that  his mom just couldn't help but kiss & hug him. It was just a moment not expected and I shot as fast as I could and the focus point is not on the right point ,but technical considerations apart I liked  that he was happy and laughing a lot due his mom kissing him, and I could catch the moment. If I had tried to prepare such a pic like this one I would have had a very sharpen annoyed baby lol. As long as they're nephew & sister-in-law I cannot be too much objective with the results and it's ok for me :D

A bit out of focus though!

A nice intimate family portrait...I like this...it has a wonderful spontaneous feel...very nicely composed and wonderful expression from the young child...nicely captured.
