Good street shot.  I like the motion blur in the foreground it gives an impression that the musician's time is ticking slower than that of the life around him.  Is this a double exposure or did you blur the foreground people in PS? ( I checked the EXIF file and it shows a shutter speed of 1/80 sec which would not give this kind of motion blur unless the people were moving at the speed of sound... ) either way it's cleverly done.  Regards - michel

Well done! Excellent ps work. I like how the musician is isolated by the motion blur around him.
