samrat 1 Posted June 21, 2011 I saw this man in the morning, then in the afternoon and finally in the evening when I took this photo. He stood/sat much in the same place and (from what I saw) barely moved more than 10 yards throughout the entire day. I did not speak to him but he interested me enough. Why did he spend the day like he did? To what direction had his life taken him? Thank you for your constructive comments on this photo. Link to comment
olafdevries 0 Posted June 21, 2011 Special. Athletic arms and legs while the head seems from a different world. We are privileged Sam. Link to comment
stp 6 Posted June 22, 2011 He was in a great location for contrasts. At a bus stop that implies people on the move. Under a type of bulletin board of perhaps official documents marking the actions and proceedings of people and society. And he sits, seemingly to ponder, but perhaps he's just blank. He seems to have more in common with the building than anything else. Link to comment
johncrosley 0 Posted June 30, 2011 Good use of grayscale, typical of Continent and probably in shadow area throughout.Good use of perpendiculars, repeated throughout.Good message about comings and goings documented on bulletin board contrasted with traveler, stopped -- interesting 'story' and if not a world beater, enough to attract comment and approval. All in all, a better than average photo and one I'd have been proud to have takenjohnJohn (Crosley) Link to comment
