The lighting is excellent, with a relatively bright background that serves to outline the figure in silhouette, and with apparently enough light to provide details on much of the shaded foreground (or the result of processing -- either way, it's rendered very nicely).  The fact that the man's arms are slightly out from the body indicates a somewhat more aggressive stance, at least to my eye. Excellent work.
