A view from Makapu'u

vincetylor

Taken on a VERY hot July day. There is no wind at all, which is my favorite time to go shooting. Notice how clean the water is Much more photographic in my opinion. Ther normal trade winds prevent these glassy conditions. The colors are real, and a polarizor was absolutely needed. Taken on the Southeast side of Oahu. Opinions are always welcome. www.hawaiianphotos.net

A couple of months ago I did not know where paradise was. Now I know. Fantastic!

Excellent composition (diagonal, the 'thirds' etc), nice color. Personally, I prefer to use Polarizer myself and, generally like to see polarized sky rather than deadly-grey or just blueish. Great job, Vincent.

I run low an adjectives when it comes to describing your work. I keep saying the same wonderful things about all of your images. Just wanted to acknowledge yet another winner. 19 degrees here yesterday, need I say more.

I like this one. Not really original, but beautiful. Only I'd watch the color of the clouds top left - though I suspect this is mostly due to the jpeg. Regards.
