Nice model, nice expression, beautiful smile. The background is sufficiently out of focus to isolate your subject, but i still find it somewhat "busy" and a tad distracting. The light is a bit harsh and parts of her hair and nose are burned.  Next time try placing your subject in a shady area so that the light is more diffused (and more flattering).  Hope you dont mind my constructive criticism.
