I think a very shallow DOF would have helped greatly here, and an angle that avoided the bright road (which not even a shallow DOF would eliminate) would have also been helpful.  I think the man presents an interesting subject, but I just don't see the title "concentration" manifested in this photograph (especially with the current background showing).

Kaushik, I feel a tighter crop  have been better for this portrait.

A wider opening would have forced more of the background out of focus. That only with regards to your title choice. Compliments anyway

I agree witn Amal about a tighter crop. The BG is a bit a distruction as it is a kind of  competition to the good poetrait which is too centered as well. interesting face though..
