When I commented the blue one I didn't in spite of the caption understand what is this all about! Now when I know that is a real picture of the inside of the bread I would decide to prefer this one for its rather natural colors!

To tell you the truth, this one is not the original for the blue one. These two pictures are taken from the same angle, but with different light. This one is back-lit. The other one front-lit and very flat. I just decided to play with it a little in Lightroom before deleting. I turned it to negative and increased local contrast.
