As always, right time, right angle and beautiful subdued colors leaning to the warm spectrum of colors! Congratulations Pnina!

Best regards!

The limbs, hats, and skirts.  A theme sustained and repeated, but each figure says something different.  I love this one.

Marvelous joy of lines, movements and forms. The rice hats (dǒulì in Chinese) makes the scene, pointing in different directions, filling the space (and the frame) and underscored by the angles of the legs and arms of the dancers. If this was a photographical setup I could understand it, but it is a scene from a ballet and you, Pnina,  the photographer shot it at the exact moment, where everything is in place. Wonderful scene !

i luv looking at the shapes and forms here as though it were an extreme abstract, Pnina; but yah certainly it's a fresco. quite a brilliant concept and execution by the dance group.  for me tho, a fabulous abstract. i've begun in my painting doing abstracts from photos i take of buildings, so this picture melded with my brain. the light you've chosen to capture is superb, as it always is. ;-} dp

Pnina, interesting capture of expressions and stances. They look alike but are so different in this pyramid formation.

This one unaccountably makes me smile. It's like some marvelous toy where the figures would turn and go up and down when you pushed the button. A whimsical piece of stagecraft.

Pnina, this has a wonderful feel to it. Each pose and the overall composition really works. Even the colours work well against the dark BG.

It looks like fun.  It is interesting to see that the bodies as well as the faces are used in this dance to convey a message .  To me the comical and exaggerated facial expressions by the dancers were the first thing that drew my attention into this composition.  The use of the conic hats adds an element of funkiness that at first seems like a cultural misfit but in turn effectively enhances the playfulness of the scene.  Lastly the warm colors of the costumes are greatly accentuated against the light and dark background.  As always, you have captured this magnificently.
