George, You have lovely colors here, especially between the ripples on the water.  The only suggestion for change I can think of, is that if you had taken out your portable step ladder and gained a bit of elevation the heads of the men would not merge into the opposite shore.

I think it is a most beautiful shot George, and when I view it larger, I don't find the heads of the men merge into the opposite shoreline, actually they almost appear in a 3D type image, but I think that of course is because of the Depth of Field, they are definitely on my 22 inch screen totally seperate from the shore. 

Lovely golden and apricot colors in the sky and water reflections are so beautiful, the silhouttes of the men are an added bonus. Excellent detail in the foreground grasses as well.
