The idea and the execution are so very fine,the light and the shades are too good too.

I am not trying to play smart,but I guess the interior of that jar texture should be other than the sky , cause here the jar inside is just like our (outside) world.

my point is ,it is a different world,and should have some sort of thing sky not similar to our world,that will create completely another world,I wish I could suggest something,may bizarre shapes, graves ,spooky woods ... I do not know,but I had to tell you my honest feeling.

Very well done my friend,

that is a much finer one ( in the subject meaning ) ,it adds another world to the image completely different from that outside the jar,and with a mood too.

I have never doubted the technical integrity of the first one though.

Can I take the opposite point of view? I think I prefer the sky inside the opening of the jug, which to my eyes looks like a more natural fit than the dark woods scene. I like the original image very much just the way it is!

As always Ben I have often commented and shared ideas with you over the years I think it was you that provided me some of my first comments on some graphic design work I had posted...
