Carlo, I really like this photo very much - I think the B&W lends itself very well to this shot. I personally would like to perhaps see more blur of the background, as I find the statue to the right competes somewhat with the main focal point (the dog). I also find the pant wrinkles to be distracting. Other than that, I think this is a great photo!

This one really interests me.  It would be easy for the viewer's eyes to be distracted by all the rich detail in the other elements of this shot, but to me, Puki dominates the photograph, simply due to posture and the direct look into the lens.  All the other elements seem secondary.  Very well done.
