And here is a small section, a true 100 percent crop.  The figure in the photo was actually well in front of the plane of focus, and so it was necessary to add far too much sharpening (unsharp mask at 200) to get a truly high quality image.

This was shot hand-held with a macro lens with very good image stabilization.
