Water

I think you overdid this. It probably would have been an nice picture with a much shorter exposure. Enough to show the movement, but still containing some vague detail.  Now it looks like two completely different images stacked on eachother. 

This is a nice scene.I agree with Hans I think this would be a better photo without the blown out water in the foreground. a faster shutter speed would have helped IMO.

this was just a quick adjustment to slow the water down not  not very good but gives the idea

Really a strong and artistic image!
