Lannie, it's the bright FG grasses that drag my eye here. Any chance of toning them down?

Lannie, that's much better.

Personally, I like this color version better than the B&W, primarily because of the variety of greens and especially the rich brown limbs weaving through the rich green canopy.  Color is adding much to your photo, IMO.
