Macedonian mother improved?

PS: There are three photographs. The alley, the old woman and the sky. First the alley was duplicated, the copy flipped and both merged. The sky was pasted from another photo and finally the old woman pasted by cloning.This is another version in which I took in consideration all the remarks I got to the first version.
