Iraqi School.

A beautiful documentary shot with very nice lighting, Saad!

Hi Saad, I have seen a lot of this kind of schools in my country  .This was exactly 30 years ago during a photography trip with 2 of my friends in south Khorasan province near the border to Afghanistan, when we came back to Tehran and developed our films I told to my friends that we have to do something with these pictures and we decided to arrange an photo exhibition and invited many people to see whats happening with these people. It was a successful exhibition and we collected a lot of money in that time so we established a NGO with our friends and  our goal was to rebuild and build new schools. After 30 years we have built more than 400 schools in different parts of Iran such as Khorasan,Kordistan, Beluchestan,Fars province ,Kerman,Bam and Bandar Abbas. 

Your picture reminded me about those days and I hope for better days for our country's which suffered a lot because of stupid Kings and presidents.

The shoot is great, the light and color supports the mood in it and it tells a sad story. Education is the base for the future. I hope you get a more peaceful and stable situation soon.

Busch administration have not only invaded Iraq ,and killed some one

million of its innocent people in two wars ,and orphaned and widowed

some another two million kids and women,but they destroyed all the

infrastructure of the countries,one of the destructed infrastructure

is all the power plans,I post this image under a torch light and my

laptop is working by UPS.

Busch administration have turned my country into a target for every

one trying to practice war game ,divided the country according to

ethnic and religious basis ,and denied the young the good future for

centuries to come .

It is up to the American people to let this happen again with some

other countries.
