Wilhelmshaven, Germany harbor at night

In English: What do you call the small span of time between dusk and

total darkness, when everything seems to be very calm, and blue?

well captured "blue hour" :-) - the small spots of red and orange are a wonderful and welcome contrast to the dominating blue.

Spend myself a couple of years in Wilhelmshaven - I remember it as a dull city - yet with some carefully hidden "pearls".

Thanks for your comment. We actually only spent a few hours on a day trip to the coast there and in the naval museum, just before it closed. But that was fun. Can't say anything else about Wilhelmshaven :-(
