I would like this more if she wasn't looking at the camera or if there was more light on her face. The fact that she is engaging the viewer does warrant that we can see her. I have to say, absolutely fine otherwise.

The lighting is so very flattering in this composition. The picture seems to grow on the viewer. I like how the face is in the dark as it makes the viewer look into the rest of the frame rather more.
