amalsircar 2 Posted May 23, 2011 Koushik, thank you very much for your prompt feedback.Sumon, thank you very much for your observation. While walking on the road, I noticed that water from a broken pipe-line has made strange patterns and colours on the wall. Since I wanted to make an abstract image,I have toned down the colours. Here is the original version. Link to comment

jeffl7 0 Posted May 25, 2011 I like your original shot even more than the final tinkered one. The color is quite amazing, and it gives a nice, nostalgic, slightly brooding context. Link to comment
Christal1664882414 0 Posted May 25, 2011 I also love your original even more than your realization, The patch of green is a lovely contrast to the other colors. But the great thing about it is that you have the choice between 2 very interesting options. Nice work! Link to comment

Jack McRitchie 150 Posted May 26, 2011 I think the original stands on its own and I actually prefer it to your reworking which is a little too difuse for my taste. I'll be heading back to SF next week; I fondly recall our get together last year. Link to comment

whosecameraisforpix 0 Posted June 4, 2011 Lovely abstract Amalda. The original by itself is also a stunning abstract! The whole point of an appealing abstract is to 'see' it in your mind's eye and compose the shot, and you have 'nailed it' (if you pardon the pun!). BW-Sekhar Link to comment
