Great shot Linda, it almost appears to me as if you have used a  Plugin (Topaz??) or HDR....but whatever it is...WORKS SO WELL with this image.  I love how 'eclectic' yet old fashioned it feels...reminds me of many scenes I've encountered in my past. Great work....most sincerely,Gail

Looks out of the 1950s like a commercial for the "simpler times" with friendly "Judith" ...things not run by technology....  Love the frosted over windows (your touch?)!...I think of colorized Reese Witherspoon's "Pleasantville"

Fantastic processing and the treatment. Clarity and the light management is very good. Like it. Thanks for sharing.
All the best to you. Warm Regards.

I love Judith's knowing smile.  The framing of the chalkboard to the left adds great context, as do the lace curtains and backdoor.   But what gets me are the fingers on her right hand, curled automatically to finger the change with her smile and eye contact unwavering.  A consummate professional (?)

Harry, thank you. I have been experimenting with HDR.

Donna, you see what I saw in this little “Tea Room”. They had homemade, and I mean real, made by human hands, baked goodies, sandwiches served with tea. I liked the nostalgia and the atmosphere so much I wanted to capture it. I liked Judith in her environment. Her pure white hair was so beautiful against her healthy, pink skin. I loved how it matched her shirt, apron, curtains, cupboard, frosted windows and her smile. All gave a wholesome, clean, efficient, charm to the place. I haven’t seen Pleasantville, I will have to look for it.

Kaushik, really appreciate your comment.

Jeff, thanks, you're the best. Judith seemed to be happy and comfortable with what she was doing and who she was; happy and proud. I like that. I don’t know about you but I see a lot of bored, resentful young people in the service industry today.
