A little like walking a table lamp.  I like how her polyester legs and sensible shoes are roughly the same color scheme as her pooch and its collar.

Very good shot, Ruud.  I like it a lot.

In the U.S. vets call this an "Elizabethan collar" and the intent is to prevent the dog from licking or scratching itself because of healing wounds, stitches, medication, etc. Plus, I'll bet it really concentrates the odors for the best smelling experience!
