joewhite 0 Posted May 19, 2011 In the U.S. vets call this an "Elizabethan collar" and the intent is to prevent the dog from licking or scratching itself because of healing wounds, stitches, medication, etc. Plus, I'll bet it really concentrates the odors for the best smelling experience!As always, Ruud, your street scenes tell a great story.
