I checked all the meanings of the words, every single one and I can't relate them with the "looking at you" and all these nuts and bolts! If the word bashful means shy and the word maiden something similar to virgin or unmarried woman...it may mean even a Spanish guillotine! Sorry, maybe I'm stupid!

Best regards Chuck!

Great image Chuck (I'm afraid I don't know what it is :-{ but I like the looks of the textures and scratchess and worn metal. Very nicely edited and displayed.

Kind Regards, I hope Pierre is happier soon...... :-}  Gail

Pierre my friend, I'm afraid the name I used for this image was a bit obtuse. I DID mean something like "young virgin" or "young woman". I have made a new image to show you "her" location.

My apologies to David Forney, whose image of a young girl I used.

Chuck, only you can see that maiden it seems to me! Gail obviously didn't see it for example! Thank you anyway!

Best regards!

I like how well you did it. Well done with texture and patterns. Also, thank you for stopping at my site and your recent comments. Grigoriy

even in the thumbnail, i caught your drift.

nice image Chuck - I might have gone just a touch darker (mine tend to run a bit on the dark side tho.) The use of monochrome B/W accentuates the surface imperfections beautifully. good eye

Hi Chuck:

For some reason, the arrangement of the bolts struck me as resembling the lace-holes on a boot and the circular object as a roller. Interesting compositions like this really stimulate the imagination. You're very good at it! Congratulations.

Regards, John

I picked up on the reference right away, which is unusual since I am often quite thick in such matters, but then I also got the humour of your " the suspense is killing me " title, so I must be having an oddly lucid evening.

Much to enjoy and admire in your 2011 folder. I must find time to return and browse further and farther afield.
