Ok Rajat... You asked for it.  Here's a visual comment for processing.  In actuality the only thing that bothers me in your version is the heavy vignetting at the top which runs his hair into the background, but since I had your blessing to "mess" with this, here's my version.  Not saying it's better, just another possibility.  Regardless, a handsome portrait and this gentleman has a very warm and friendly smile... Oh yes, Mike I asked for it! I really like what you've come up with.  I particularly like the skin tone. It's perfect! Hated what the camera flash had done in the color version. Thanks a lot, Mike!

Rajat...  I hurried and rudely didn't tell you what I did.  I took your color version and converted it using Capture NX2, set the white balance, and then worked the light levels and some selective burning and dodging in PhotoShop Elements.  To remove the flash glare from his glasses I used the clone tool, flipped a copy of the image and borrowed a small section from his left eye to fill in the lost info in the right eye.  I'm sure you could do a better job from the original file.  Anyway, I wanted to come back and tell my processes...  Is this your Dad or a family member?  There's a genuine warmth in his smile that reflects feelings.  Anyway, a very good candid portrait... Mike
