Nice light/exposure, and the treatment that's been applied seems very appropriate for this light and the overall subject.  It has a romantic and/or nostalgic feel to it.  I think it's good that you left the face unaffected by the treatment, but would suggest that you reduce the effect of the treatment in the area in front of the face -- the contrast between the affected and unaffected areas is too great, and that makes the treatment too prominent.  I think it would be better if the processing went less noticed and just faded into the background, leaving us with an image that we can't quite figure out why we like so much.

Maybe cropped too tight, on the top needs some more room I think! Like the blending with texture picture!
