Definitely recommend viewing larger. The colors work well together. I like your POV , using the river to pull the eye into the photo.IMHO your water movement capture is spot on

Victor,

This is a marvelous image. The range of colors and DOF allows this scene to expand my imagination.

My only suggestion is that you provide details as t the camera/lens and setting made for such a great image. I certainly would appreciate it and I am certain others would, too.

Regards,

Mike

Thanks for suggesting the technical info.  I have now inserted it under Details.  Please note the image was post-edited in LR 1.4.1.

Hope you find the info helpful.

Thank you, Victor.

The Sigma Corp has made some very nice zoom lens over the years and the 10-20mm is a nice lens for the Nikon or Canon APS format.

I noted that your exposure was 1/3 second. This usually requires the use of some support or rest. If I were there, the rocks would be my pick !

Yes, I neglected to note that a Manfrotto tripod and ballhead were used in this shot.  It was, of course, set at almost ground level.  A pivoting LCD screen would be very helpful.
