Magnolia - Birth

This Magnolia Bud was just beginning the last stages

of 'OPENING'....it just seemed so beautiful. Nearly every stage of the

Magnolia bud opening has some 'form of beauty' about it. And, as

many flowers do, takes on a certain sensulaity so similar to the

Very beautiful presentation again and of very high skill and quality work, it has the feelings of dreamy effect and I find it so pleasant to view, the framing work is also adding to the appearance of this lovely image.

Beautifully done, Gail.  And as you and others have noted, it does indeed somehwhat take on the form of the female body. I took a shot of an opening magnolia blossom that exhibited that same characteristic, but in a totally different way. Funny how that can be.
