This so beautifully captures the tiny perkiness of a hummingbird!  I love how the color of the bird is captured in the upper background.  Also, thanks for your critique of my great blue heron.  I appreciate being able to look at stunning portraits like this one to help me improve my own photography!

Thank you Barbara.  Sometimes these environmental shots work to my liking.  Sometimes the back ground is gorgeous but not in the right places near the bird subject and gets cropped.  It is tough and chance plays a big part in it!
