A dim, grim casts and your expected blur makes for delicious tension.  The woman in yellow passing parallel adds a great deal of interest in my book.

Very nice, complete contrast in many aspects between the train and the girl. What makes this an exceptional photo, for me, is repetition of parallel lines in girl's skirt and shirt, leading the eyes toward the blury passanger face. *** Bravo, Vladimire, jos jedna pefektna kompozicija. Superb Contrasting elements, sharp / blur and B & W / colour and  Movement / static. The overall effect is a hauntingly dream like image that somehow seems familiar.
