Texting - Everywhere you look these days people are absorbed by their

electronic devices. This image was shot at 1/8 second camera braced

on knee, not looking through viewfinder.

Your knee's are in much better shape than mine, . . . if I had tried this, the gentlemen leaning against the column would have been as blurry as the train passing by!

 

I really like this photograph, the lighting, the colors of the red train against the brown and yellowish tile floor, and especially "all that movement going on!"

Interesting technique, and it worked very well, congrats!

A Canon 24-105MM lens was used, which provides image stabilization.  I took several shots as the train entered the station.  This photo was the least cluttered.

Nice shot..!!! My only suggestion would be either the walking man on the left could be completely trimmed or got in.

hi J. what a  great city,,Bean Town is. This is a good representation of  the  livelyhood   of the city.  nice execution as well.
