CLEAN YOUR SENSOR! (Sorry <g>)

 

A bit of sharpening on the foreground helps here, IMO, and the wires are an annoyance, again IMO, but otherwise very nicely done.

I agree with the comments from Les (there's nothing like an expanse of fog to tell you where your sensor needs to be cleaned --- I speak from experience).  It's quite easy to underexpose foggy scenes, and that might be the case here; I'd suggest experimenting with some added light.  I like foggy scenes in which there is a foreground element(s) relatively unaffected by the fog, while background elements are increasingly affected by the fog, and that's what you've done here.  I think that combination is quite effective (as opposed to a scene that is entirely and uniformly affected by fog).
