A most excellent composition.  It is well balanced and very evenly lit so all important elements are revealed.  A perfect example of where symmetry reigns supreme.  I'm not sure whether your post or one with a little more snap (contrast) would more accurately depict the actual scene.  Easy to do if one wishes to compare. Perhaps a little more info in the 'Details' for the gear head in some of us?  Bottom line: I'm sure we'd all be happy to come home with an image like this one.  Best, LM.

Thank you all for your comments.

Len - this is a two image panarama. Each frame is oriented vertically. The images were captured with a Nikon D700 and a Nikon 14-24/2.8 at 14 mm. Each frame is a 3-shot exposure bracket. The images were processed in Photomatix for exposure and tone mapping, PT Assembler to stitch the images together, DXO for lens and stitching distortion, white balance, contrast, highlights, midtones, and shadows, and a little sharpening. Finally the image was touched up in Corel Paintshop Photo Pro to fix any stitching anomalies. I tried to bring out as much contrast as I could without oversaturating the colors, but if i worked on it some more I might be able to improve it. Thanks again for your comment.

For all the work you did to produce this gem I hope it ends up as a huge print on someone's wall.  I wouldn't hesitate to offer it (at a reasonable price of course) to the powers that be at this church.  Whether or not you make a sale this time it is impressive enough that it might put you on the short list if any other similar project comes up either here or at some related location.  It's called marketing.  (or just plain shameless self promotion)  :-)  Just a thought.  Best, LM.
