Great shot, very dramatic. Looking at the out of focus areas in the foreground and the sharp areas surrounding the giraffes, I assume this is a composite?

Thank you very much for your comments I really appreciate it. Marsel, the twister and the giraffes necking were there, unfortunately not at the same time.

Battling giraffes, driven by instinct, oblivious to other natural forces that lie outside the biological realm, all at work in shaping nature's landscape.  Even though it may be a composite, it presents a striking view of the world.  Technically, the merger was very nicely done.

I am in awe of this shot!!  I'm an amateur photographer with a taste for weather shots and I have always loved giraffes!!! Never have I seen such a perfect combination of both, painted, sculpted or even in a still frame!! I am definately sharing this and making it my #1 favorite!!!
