This is a good flower shot with nice natural color and light. Depth of field is also good. But as a suggestion, i prefer a better composition, with the main subject at some thirds position and not filling the full frame. Still a good shot. Bravo.

Thanks for the comment and suggestion.  I've been working on trying to learn the focus points on my camera and sometimes I do a better job than others.  I was pleased with the results of this one and the other old rose shot. I agree that generally 'thirds' produce a more pleasing composition.
