Sebastian,

Using your lens at F/2.8 made the picture. The sharp whiskers on the cat's face really accent the image. The background blend is mild, further enhancing the effectiveness of this image.

Very simple... usually cat shots are boring .. but this one is really attractive.. probably because of the brilliant blurring.. or is it the nice catchlight or just the look..
