It does look better bigger - I think because it appears to have more contrast when larger.  It is more clear.

I did not realize one can simply click to see these larger.  

You have some good photos in this collection.  You have  a good eye for interesting things.   Your portraits are interesting - I generally don't care to see large black spaces, but in that portrait is seems to work well.  Your coastal grasses is lovely also.  Now I will have to look at your biography!
