Orange

We have seen this kind of shots before..but this is very good.

It is a very good example of this type of shot. technically very good. I only think the background is far   too bright and saturated. The orange should stand out better.

I think the orange on orange works well. The only criticism is the bottom and right side edge of the orange looks too Sharp (personal opinion only)

Thanks, everyone.  I usually join in with a relatively small group of people on a biweekly photo contest that has a new theme each time and must also have a new photo submitted.  The theme this time was, "What Came First".  The title I gave this for the contest was, "The Fruit Or The Color", so I felt it necessary to go all out orange.  In case anyone is interested, here's a pic of half the setup.  Not sure why, but I didn't take a picture of it after the camera and flashes were set up, or after the water was added.

Nice clear shot; I happen to like the orange on orange - it's a bit unconventional. I have always wanted to do a shot like this one but I am confident I would mess it up. Very well done. Thank you for sharing. :)

Fantastic, delicious color, besides the excellent effect you've captured with your very ingenious 'set up'.  Colorful enough it makes me very 'thirsty'. Very nice work Scott!!
