I was outside, taking pictures of hummingbirds, which failed to show

up, and I saw a squirrel. I had my 80-200mm/4 and I focused the shot,

and it was far too small. I cropped it to 100% and that was the result.

............ isn't that just the case, we go out prepared for one thing and end up with something else.

All I have tried to do here is sharpen up your image, in the hope of getting a little more detail. I would imagine that your severe cropping had lost a lot of definition as your resultant image is quite soft.

Not sure if my rendition helps at all?

I would not call yours better for the sole reason that you were unable to post in full resolution. However, since the same detail is visible in your smaller version, I would have to say that yours would probably be sharper at native resolution. Thank you for pointing that out.
