an other perfect documentary photo, with a very good comp and a great bw that both maximize the intensity of the moment. i like a lot this bw, with strong whites and blacks and the skin that seems full of perspiration

Rajat, the tones throughout this are very rich. The light on the man and the dishes is excellent. the intensity and concentration on his face is great. I also like the background elements-the stairs, the bamboo gate leaning against the stairs, the basket on the right. 

Rajat.... As has been noted, this is an excellent documentary and the b/w tones are superb.  I like the timeless quality represented, broken only by the plastic bucket...  Great work... Mike
