This is a nice portrait...has a classic fashion magazine feel to it.  Technically nice as well, particularly how you managed the lighting.  It is not easy shooting into the shadow side of a lighting setup, but you've done it nicely here...great job exposing this to ensure the shadow/highlight ratio is not to harsh.  I like the subtle hint of the background light peaking in from the right...this adds depth/demension to the image and helps define the lighting...not to mention the halo effect it creates on her hair.  I really like the turned back pose and lovely smile.  Overall nicely done.
