Do they have Tim Horton's in Russia? Looks like a 'Roll Up The Rim To Win' cup to me. Or is it that the feel of the photo led to the title 'Under the Bridge' being in Russian rather than the actual location? Just curious.

apart from your central figure, the light and the colours are very subtle. It resonates.  Perhaps, a more subdued effect would have even been better.
