Sadegh, I love pretty much everything about this image.  What a fantastic sky!  and your exposure time is perfect to show the vehicles and their movement, yet keep them from becoming distracting.

It's like you've combined 2 elements here.....the mundane earthly and the heavenly ethereal.  Fantastic shot!  Are those flags on top of the bridge?  It's a cool effect with them protruding into the sky, but I can't tell what they are.  Fantastic sky and excellent choice of shutter speed.
