niki3 3 Posted April 21, 2011 a small criticism, I think there's too much stuff in the background that distracts the eye from the model that is still perfectly exposed Link to comment
raymondborg 0 Posted April 21, 2011 In my opinion the stuff mention by Niki in the background makes part of the enviroment. The only thing that I find a bit of distraction is the large white lamp in the foreground right side. Still a very good photo. Congrats. Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted April 21, 2011 Thank you friends, I appreciate the attention, but as you already know, I photograph mostly in a natural environment, otherwise I would move to a studio .. as Newton said, A woman does not live behind a white sheet of paper .. : -) .. that said, I can perfectly conceive that the lamp is distracting. Thank you once again. Link to comment
JPPhoto1664880217 5 Posted April 21, 2011 I particularly like her facial expression/eyes. They have a strong impact on the viewer. Kudos to you both. Jim Phelps Link to comment
kaushikphotography 0 Posted April 22, 2011 Another nice presentation. Simplicity at its best in artistic nude category. Like it. All the best to you. Warm Regards. Link to comment
JPPhoto1664880217 5 Posted April 22, 2011 Her facial expression reminds me of Lauren Bacall. Jim Phelps Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted April 22, 2011 The nice effective use of flash in this shot along with the dark back ground allowed you to make a nice separation of the subject from the surrounding back drop this is what makes the image really work so well. MJ Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted April 22, 2011 Many thanks to all ... I'm standing in a room in which the flash is used and the model is in front of me in a room which is dark (with window to the right), separated by sliding doors .. the light bounces off her but no further. Link to comment
babak_amin1 0 Posted May 9, 2011 All photos of Mr. Peri gets too much critiques ( compliments) , more than any other photographer. it's not normal. seems something is not real here, kinda flattery... Link to comment
