Great image!  It is very simple and clean, and at the same time keeping just sufficient information for the mind. I see that you are experimenting with different color toning recently and I think that is great because it provides us with different visual experiences and that is a crucial aspect of visual art. Also I think this image triggers emotional response and it directly communicates with the soul. Well done!

Yes, I'm currently trying to modify colors, chiefly by applying some Cokin filters (the Tobacco Filter is quite interesting IMO), but here I applied no Cokin, but some color enhancement and the PS Underwater Filter (a bit).

You taxed me on this one Volker! I had a real hard time deciding between the 2 images. In the end I think I have to say I like this one the best. It's not so much the color ( I like both ) but more than anything I think it's the vignetting on this one that frames the subject best. Gorgepus images with a wonderful air of tranquility!
