Ahoj ! A very nice landscape, Jana, the waves of the field are beautiful. When I am thinking of available options, one is converting to B/W and the other is to lose the grass for a almost a monochrome palette. I attach both. What do you think ?

thanks, the B&W looks good ! and completely different.  Your colorful crop makes the image nearly abstract, I like that also!

I am a color freak (as You know)  I was going for the combination of  the reddish fields with the green grass.  thanks Jana

I love the tension created by the "realistic" feel of the green foreground grasses, against the suggestion of some place extra-terrestial or "magical" in the waving grasses and curving, manmade shapes in purple brown. Tops, Jana!

Jana, I know, I like colors, too and have not done many B/W conversions. Your intention to capture the green together with the reddish fields was good and your image is good as it is - I forgot to mention that !

Jano, I have to agree with Peter - cropped version without green band in the lowermost portion of the image looks much better but it can be also subjective of course.

Beautiful landscape view, nice rythm in the image. Lovely colour tonality and very well composed. Peter´s suggestion for cropping is a good idea, but your version is good too.

Don't touch it , Beautiful as it is . Not working in b&w and cropping the low green part is a big mistake

Jana,

I like it just they way you originally presented the photograph. The horizontal line of the green grass really adds to the depth of the flowing grain field IMHO and the B&W just dosen't work for me anyways.

Wonderful sense of distance you got here!

Warm wishes always,

Jim j.
