This picture was taken at the Sedlec Ossuary in Kutna Hora, Czech

Republic. I have another version in my portfolio, but I've recently

learned a lot about processing and decided to re-process this picture.

Let me know what you think.

I really like this POV; it suggests a much larger "bone yard" as well has meeting the "guard" skull almost head on. A real Boo! factor.  The soft focus works here as well.  I'm a little iffy about the background. (You could do some interesting stuff with that background space if you wanted to get into the sinister - flying skulls that sort of thing.)  As is, it works very well.

Dora,

You're spot on about the "bone-yard" feel. This picture was taken at the Sedlec Ossuary, where the bones of an estimated 40,000-70,000 people are on display. It's also about the creepiest place I've even been. Interesting thing about this picture, the ledge that these skulls are on is close to 7 feet high. I had to hold the camera above my head & hope for a good shot to materialize. After several tries, this is what I settled on.
