This is a good idea and I always like this kind of photos. The silhouettes are wonderful and I also like the b&w indoor versus colour details outside, it works very well. The composition is very good too, but the lower part (indoor) is much better thnt the upper side. I would cropped a bit from the top (at least these cutted windows) or more. However, this is a strong image with excellent work with light and shadow.

I agree with a bit of crop at the very top would improve on this image. The sillhouettes and the shadows with this lighting is wonderful. Well done!
