This is a beautifully done portrait. Her expression and eye contact with the camera (viewer) are wonderful. She certainly is a very pretty girl. The focus, skin tone, contrast, catchlights, nicely neutral background and her separation from the background are all excellent.

There are only a couple of things that I find a tad bothersome.

The top and bottom compositional balance is quite bottom heavy. If you are going to give her headroom you need to leave more space below her then you have. With the bottom crop so close to her chin you should crop into her forehead to balance the image. If you are going to do a fairly close shot of the face, it is a good idea to place the eyes about 1/3 to 3/8 of the way down from the top. If nothing else, this gives you a good starting point from which to subtly adjust your top and bottom composition to make it visually balanced.

Everything is so well done that it bothers me just a smidgen that the highlight on her head cover (shawl?) is a bit lighter than her face in the upper right (her left) area. There is just a tiny bit of detail lost. It draws attention away from her face because it is lighter than her face.

Your double mat looks very nice with this portrait. It is quite acceptable to place your name on the mat. You don't want anything in your photograph that will draw the viewer's attention away from your subject.

Although all the person like the effect and light of this picture... and the special effect is good... but Kaushik bhai i do not like the special effect on the eyes... (which makes a good portrait into a horror one...)  Hope u dont mind it.. but in my view the simple portrait with the same light looks far natural and far far better then then this  one....   from me my 6....points for you...regards...

Beautiful image Kaushik! Love the tones and the details. The eyes are captured so beautifully. I only wish there was a bit more space at the bottom below the chin. Great work!
